Claim is that mRNA from vaccines stays in system for months. Question was how can they distinguish between "viral origin" RNA and "vaccine origin" RNA. Answer was the mRNA in vaccines are altered. The Critical Contribution of Pseudouridine to mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines Uridine is a nucleoside that they altered to psuedouridine in some mRNA vaccines (pfizer and moderna). My answer "This Ψ(pseudouridine)-effect is perhaps associated, at least in part, with the fact that Ψ is a naturally occurring modified nucleotide with unique chemical properties and that Ψ is also highly abundant and naturally widespread in virtually all RNAs of all cells" - quote from article I wonder if there's any chance this pseudouridine could be present in natural viral covid RNA as well Furthermore what id like to know is if they actually utilized this pseudouridine detection in the study that showed the vaccine RNA staying in lymph nodes and spreading and if so how they did that detection
Further investigation revealed a study referenced in the substack article on breast milk and vaccine mRNA. Codominant IgG and IgA expression with minimal vaccine mRNA in milk of BNT162b2 vaccinees In the methods section we can see exactly what they do here. "mRNA extraction and quantification of BNT162b2 mRNA Total ribonucleic acid (RNA) from whole human milk was extracted with TRIzol LS reagent (Invitrogen) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Briefly, 250 μl of whole human milk was RNA-extracted with 750 μl of Trizol LS and 200 μl of chloroform. The entire upper aqueous fraction (~500 μl) was isopropanol-precipitated, washed with 70% ethanol, and air-dried before dissolution in RNAse-free water. The entire volume of RNA was used as input for SuperScript IV (Invitrogen) reverse transcription performed as per manufacturer’s instructions and diluted 50-fold with RNAse-free water to a final volume of 1 ml prior to storage at −20 °C or assay. For standard curve construction, we collected BNT162b2 from actual vaccine discards. Five-fold serial dilutions of reconstituted BNT162b2 vaccine were spiked into healthy, SARS-CoV-2 negative human milk and RNA-extracted in parallel with vaccine samples. These served as a positive control." You can read the rest but there is no mention of detection of pseudouridine vs uridine. Its simply standard sequencing of the standard nucleic acid bases. In this sense there is no way to distinguish between vaccine origin RNA and virus origin RNA. Notice in their control, they dont have a "viral" control where they extract RNA directly from covid-19 to see if they get the same results as from the vaccine. Only a vaccine control
